The Path to Belonging Begins with Honest Presence

Healing asks for patience and presence. Wholeness unfolds as we learn to meet discomfort with care, letting old stories loosen and new ones take root

Healing as a
Return to Ease

We are all the results of our stories. Many of our stories carry the heavy, unspoken weight of an immigrant narrative, the lingering friction of unmet needs, or the quiet, persistent feeling of being an exile in our own skin.

As we explore who we are, the knots in our stories begin to loosen, and in that softening, wholeness can emerge.

Walking The Path Together

Healing is relational. It asks us to meet the patterns that shaped us with patience and faith, trusting that each gentle unraveling brings us closer to ourselves.

As a mental‑health coach, I walk beside you in the work of becoming. Together, we move through your story, gently dismantling what no longer serves and shaping new ways of being rooted in ease, joy, trust, resilience, and genuine presence.

Join Me in the Work of Becoming

I know too well the ache of unraveling and the quiet strength that follows.

I do this work not from some place of arrival, but from the love of the ongoing journey of becoming. Healing isn’t about being fixed; it’s about being seen and witnessed where we feel most vulnerable and unlovable. From that place, I walk beside others, not to lead, but to hold, to listen, and to remind them they’re not alone in the becoming.

Malena Donas | Mental Health Coach

Over the past 17 years, I’ve walked alongside people as they make meaning of their lives across cultures, contexts, and seasons of change. My own path has been shaped by the same questions I help others hold: how we heal, how we belong, how we live with what’s been broken.

I’m someone who is always doing my own work. Years of therapy across different modalities have taught me to stay curious and compassionate with myself. I carry an unwavering desire for self‑understanding and a lifelong fascination with the deep patterns that shape human behavior.

I bring both lived experience and professional training to this work, weaving insight with compassion so transformation feels human, not clinical. I hold a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Education, and an MBA, alongside certifications in IFS, plant medicine, trauma‑informed care and others.

But more than anything, I bring presence, the kind that comes from having lived the work myself..
